Owner and Physical Therapist
Tommy Grabowski founded Vita in 2004 and has over 21 years of experience in the healthcare and fitness industry working as a licensed physical therapist (DPT) and certified personal trainer (CSCS-NSCA). Dr. Grabowski received his bachelor’s degree from Concordia University-Nebraska. As a collegiate athlete, he received All-American honors in both track and field and cross country. Dr. Grabowski received his Master’s and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Concordia University-Wisconsin. He is professionally distinguished with a board certification as an orthopedic specialist (OCS). He is also trained in massage therapy as a graduate of the Blue Sky School of Professional Massage in Grafton, Wisconsin. He was an honoree and graduate of the prestigious Small Business Administration Emerging Leaders Initiative program in 2014. In 2019 he became the founder and principal partner of Vitality: A Modern Health Club.
Dr. Grabowski's unique blend of academic and clinical background and experience in athletics and fitness has helped him develop an integrated concept bridging physical therapy with fitness and well-being. This innovative approach has separated Vita from other physical therapy practices and boutique gyms in the greater Milwaukee area. He incorporates manual therapy treatments such as joint mobilization, neuromuscular therapy, Trigger-Point Dry Needling, and myofascial release techniques with corrective movement exercises and treats patients from a wide range of functional levels.
Outside of the office, Tommy loves to spend time with his wife Katie and their two boys Leo and Grant enjoying all of the great restaurants, family friendly activities, and beautiful outdoors in and around the Milwaukee area. He is also a sports fanatic and enjoys supporting local professional sports teams: the Packers, Brewers, and Bucks and is passionate follower of his beloved Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Clinical Director and Physical Therapist
Dr. Bradley Meyer is the Clinic Director of our Wauwatosa location and has specialized in orthopedics and rehabilitation since his graduation from UW Madison. He offers unparalleled care to his patients throughout all phases of their care.
Brad is committed to performing a thorough and comprehensive assessment of his patients' limitations to generate an individualized treatment plan in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for those in his care. He recently learned he has been acknowledged as one of the three Best PT clinicians in the local Milwaukee area.
Brad is currently taking new patients and is eager to put his years of expertise to use by allowing patients to become the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves. Brad understands what a challenge it can be to prioritize one’s health and wellness in our crazy fast paced world and offers times from 7am to 6pm.
Brad has a wife and two young children at home, and he enjoys golfing when the opportunity presents.

Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer
Corey received his Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from Gustavus Adolphus College (2018) and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University (2021). He holds certifications as a Champion Performance Specialist, EXOS Performance Specialist, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has worked with clients of all ages and his prior clinical experience was focused on outpatient orthopedics and sports physical therapy. Corey is excited to meet clients where they are at in their fitness journey and help them progress forward.
When not in the clinic, you’ll find Corey playing with his cats, Shawn and Gus, going to breweries with his girlfriend, Val, joining a pickup game of any sport, or cheering on his Minnesota sports teams. Additionally, Corey has a background in music as a percussionist. He competed around the country with drum corps and drumlines, while also playing for the Minnesota Timberwolves PACKcussion. Corey will use his diverse background and education to provide a well-rounded approach that strives to put the clients’ goals first and will adapt to meet the clients’ needs.

Dr. Rachel Soo Hoo is a Physical Therapist of our Milwaukee location. Her clinical experiences specialized in outpatient orthopedics and inpatient rehabilitation, providing a firm foundation to meet any individual where they are in their fitness goals. Rachel strongly believes in maximizing potential, restoring function, and finding joy in movement.
Rachel is an ally of the LGBTQA+ community and welcomes all identities at Vita. Outside of the workplace, Rachel enjoys soccer, indoor rock climbing, and performing flute in community ensembles. She also spends time with friends and family through gaming and other forms of physical activity. Her creativity as a musician and discipline as a Physical Therapist will cultivate individualized programs that are holistic and instill self-empowerment.

Physical Therapist Assistant
Adam Beth is our Physical Therapist Assistant and personal trainer at our Wauwatosa location. He received his Bachelor’s degree of Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2018 and Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Bryant & Stratton College in 2022. Prior to his clinical experience, Adam worked as a personal trainer both in a commercial gym and a physical therapy clinic, working with all age groups and fusing traditional exercise with medical-based strategies to ensure patient safety and positive progress throughout his sessions. He is a strong advocate of developing global strength and stability while maintaining as much mobility as possible to help his patients achieve the highest quality of life they can have. Adam is excited to meet and work with clients of any and every fitness level and help them become a stronger, healthier version of themselves.
Outside of the clinic, Adam practices what he preaches by staying as active as possible by frequently going to the gym and hiking on trails as well as enjoying outdoor activities such as golfing, fishing, and hunting. On the days that he is not active, Adam likes to visit breweries, spend time with friends, and watch football when season permits, particularly the Green Bay Packers. Adam installs his motto, “movement is medicine”, to every therapeutic session and will ensure that his clients not only achieve their therapeutic goals, but come out of physical therapy happier and healthier.

Physical Therapist Assistant
Joe Glostott has been working for Vita since 2017 and is passionate about helping people regain the strength, function, and mobility which have been lost or hampered due to pain and injury. He has clinical experience in multiple settings, including outpatient orthopedic and acute care. He is extensively certified in all branches of Functional Movement Systems (FMS). FMS provides a systematic approach to the diagnosis of movement-based issues that may be the cause of pain or poor performance and is applicable to both rehab and fitness needs. He is also a skilled manual therapist, and among other techniques is a practitioner of Primal Reflex Release. Joe is also a Certified Personal Trainer, and is available for both physical therapy and medical-based fitness sessions.
Outside of the clinic, Joe stays very active with a variety of movement practices including Brazilian jiu-jitsu (he is a certified instructor at Gracie Milwaukee), juggling, kettlebell/clubbell workouts, hiking, and flow yoga. He also enjoyed a previous career in music, and still performs with a choir and at home with his wife Kelly, who is also a musician.

Debbie has been a leader in pelvic floor therapy for 26 + years. Her extensive experience includes being an esteemed board member for international pelvic floor organizations and helping to author a certification exam for pelvic floor biofeedback rehabilitation. She continues to write and teach courses in the same field.
One of Debbie’s numerous certifications is in life coaching. She practices what she preaches and is an occupational therapist with exceptional manual therapy skills and certifications in pelvic floor biofeedback and dry needling. Debbie incorporates her coaching skills during the treatment. Therapy also includes movement and exercises to improve pelvic floor muscle functioning. Dietary recommendations, physiological quieting techniques, and additional lifestyle medicine protocols from Debbie can be a great help in improving overall health and life quality.
Compassionate pelvic floor therapy is provided 1:1 in a private, comfortable treatment room to provide an experience like never before.
Personal Trainer
Jaclyn is a movement enthusiast. Jaclyn initially fell in love with fitness in 2016 through teaching barre. After dancing professionally and teaching barre for 4 years she earned her certification as a NASM Personal Trainer in 2019. Most recently, she received her certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Jaclyn believes that every body is a moving body, and we were created to move to our fullest potential. She believes this can be achieved through training the body in the foundational functional movements- squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, carry.
Each strength program is customized to an individual clients needs, restrictions, and goals. The program addresses the client as a whole, not only addressing strength but also assessing posture, mobility, and flexibility.
Jaclyn is passionate about empowering clients to build the physical and mental strength in the gym that they can carry with them confidently into their daily lives.
When she’s not in the gym you can find her spending time with her husband Matt or walking her two golden retrievers around MKE!

Berit joined Vita 11 years ago and has been instrumental in the expansion and growth of the company, managing operations and patient care at all facilities. She is a sharp, customer focused leader who relentlessly strives to deliver the highest standards and spends most of her days active between clients and therapists focusing on the smallest details that make a big difference.
Originally from Denmark and fluent in 3 languages she has worked in Operations and Customer Service in many industries across Europe and the US. A vast range of knowledge in both sales and marketing has equipped her to evolve many of Vita’s operating practices including member pricing, insurance choice and new business. Oversight to expenditure and investment additionally ensures that the company’s growing reputation matches its growing revenue.
Outside the workplace Berit and her husband continue to be extremely active and in fact were it not for his need for excellent physical therapy following back surgery in 2011 she may never have joined Vita at all. They both love to travel, read and watch movies and continue to visit Europe as often as possible to see her family. A Milwaukee Third Ward resident for over a decade, she enjoys volunteering for Friends of Catalano Square helping to create and deliver the annual summer music series.
